Marketplace Terms

1. Parties
“CoreCloud”, “we”, “us” means CoreCloud (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. “You” or “Customer” means the company or person placing the order.
2. Ordering & Quotes
Items shown are subject to supplier availability. Submitting the cart or MSP form is an order request, not acceptance. We will confirm price, stock and lead time. Only our written quote / pro forma / invoice is binding.
3. Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in South African Rand and exclude VAT. Pricing may change due to FX, supply or OEM changes. Where your order differs from final supplier availability, we will re-quote first.
4. Payment
Payment terms appear on the quote / invoice (typically EFT, upfront). Devices are released once payment reflects or an agreed credit facility is in place. MSP / channel may request to bill through their entity.
5. Delivery & Lead Times
Lead times shown on product pages (e.g. “2–4 business days”) are estimates from our supply chain. Delays caused by OEM / courier / load-shedding / logistics are not within our direct control, but we’ll keep you updated. Delivery is within South Africa unless agreed otherwise.
6. Warranties
Dell devices carry the Dell / distributor warranty applicable to that model (carry-in, NBD or ProSupport where purchased). Warranty is with the OEM / distributor; CoreCloud will assist with escalation. Physical / liquid / user damage is excluded.
7. Returns
Because devices are procured against your request, returns are only accepted where: (a) the wrong item was delivered, (b) the item is DOA, or (c) the OEM / distributor accepts the return. Units must be in resellable condition and within the OEM return window.
8. MSP / Channel
If you buy on behalf of a client, you confirm you have the client’s consent. We can drop-ship and co-brand, but the commercial relationship with your client remains yours. We may request client details for delivery / warranty purposes.
9. Data & Privacy
Quote / order forms send to CoreCloud inboxes (FormSubmit). We use your data to fulfill the order, issue quotes and manage support. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by SA law, CoreCloud is not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit claims. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the device / service in question.
