Marketplace Terms & Conditions
1. Parties
“CoreCloud”, “we”, “us” means CoreCloud (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. “You” or “Customer” means the company or person placing the order request.
2. Ordering & Quotes
Items and promotional bundles shown are subject to supplier availability. Submitting your cart is a request for a quote or invoice, not automatic acceptance. We confirm stock, lead time, delivery and final pricing in writing. Only our written quote / pro forma / invoice is binding.
3. Pricing
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Where shown, pricing is typically exclusive of VAT. Pricing may change due to FX, OEM/distributor updates, or supply constraints. If supplier terms differ at confirmation, we will re-quote before processing.
4. Payment
Payment terms appear on the quote / invoice (typically EFT, upfront). Products are released once payment reflects, unless an agreed credit facility exists.
5. Delivery & Lead Times
Lead times shown are estimates and may change due to OEM/distributor or courier constraints. We will confirm lead time on your formal quote. Delivery is within South Africa unless agreed otherwise.
6. Warranties
Warranty terms depend on the product and the OEM/distributor program supplied. Where applicable, warranty is provided by the OEM/distributor and administered through their process. CoreCloud will assist with routing and escalation where reasonably possible. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, and non-factory modifications are generally excluded. 7. Returns
Because devices/bundles may be procured against your request, returns are typically only accepted where: (a) the wrong item was delivered, (b) the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within the OEM/distributor window, or (c) the OEM/distributor authorises a return. Items must be in resellable condition with original packaging where required by the supplier.
8. Data & Privacy
Quote/order forms send to CoreCloud inboxes. We use your data to fulfil the request, issue quotes and manage support. We do not sell your data. If a separate privacy policy page exists, it will apply alongside these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, CoreCloud is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit). Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific product/service in dispute.
